alumniclass.com My situation is the same as the others. I wanted to see the year book since I didn't buy one back in the day. It said I couldn't see unless I upgraded. Of course it is all a scam and no year book exists. I contacted them and they say they never said it was there. But of course I would never know until I signed up. Spokane Vly WA

I thought the service was from the high school I attended and they were using this alumni to facilitate the service. I wanted to see the year book since I didn't have one. It said I had to upgrade to access that material. I signed up for $20 dollars and immediately relaized there was no year book. All this site contains is the pictures of other people who obviously got suckered. I immediately sent them an email complaining of a bait & switch. They repled that they don't refund money because they never promised that it was there. They know they are tricking people and that is the game. They figure once you relaize you got suckered, you won't fight too hard over $20 dollars.

They refunded my $20

They initially said no multiple times. Then I filed a compalint with BBB and the Attorney General of Washington. I called my bank and disputed the charge. It turned out to not be about the $20 for me, it was the principle. What really pushed me over the edge was when they threatened legal action against me for soiling their good name. That's when I decided I would do whatever it takes. The guy who owns this company is involved in many businesses and LLC's. He doesn't want anyone looking too close. If you feel you got ripped off, just do what I did.
