I hired ALways Movers to come move me, i belive because they where a ministries that this would be a great expreiance since this was my first time useing a moving company.

However this turned out to be the worst experiance of my life. The guys seem so sweet and loving  and then when it was time for my things to be unloaded they did not know how to take it off the truck.

But as they where taking it off the truck i seen my 50 inch Plasma Tv screen broken and the base completly broken off, and when i asked aboutit i was told oh do you want us to leave it here or should we take it with us.

I told them to take it with them , then as they brought my bed off one by one i seen that they had PUT A Nice size chip in the leg of my bed and when i asked about that they said oh well come back and get it.

THEN JUST HOLDING MY BABY GIRL TV IT FELL RIGHT OUT THE GUY HAND. At the end of the move i asked for papers to fill out to file a claim and was told i dont have any by timothy who was over everything.

But hey ill put it on the contract. the only thing he put on there was the 50 inch tv.

When i gave them numerous of time to get this issue resolve the owner JOHN says we will get you taken care of and a month rolled by so i hired a attorney.

ONLY For  JOHN the owner to tell his insurance company that he would handle this his self and DO NOT WANT THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO HANDLE THIS.

So now i am still sleeping on the floor because my bed can not be put up becasue they have my brackests to my bed

I do not have a tv to watch because they broke the only tv i had to watach.

I am disable and myincome is very limited so i can not afford to replace my things.

And ALWAYS HELPFUL MOVER MINISTRIES HAS refuseed to replace anything.

But I HAVE emails and text that they said they would fix a and replace my televsion & i have yet to seek any resolution to this issue.

I NEED JUSTICE WITH THIS COMPANY

First of all, the review is so hastily and poorly written, the reader should wonder how real this is.  If this is the customer--one I do know that called me--about missing bed parts, we never saw those bed parts.

We moved this customer into a storage (if the same one) and EVERY single bed part we took from the house, we put into the storage.  Clearly, according to the crewleader that came back 4 months later to move this woman out, someone had been thru the storage, and it was NOTHING like when he remembers it. . . there were boxes opened, stuff scattered, and clearly someone had been thru the stuff.

This is when we believe that the tv was allegedly broken, and bed parts gone.

It was just a pic so that was not correct and giving the lighting that it should have been on the TV so with the move that you guys did your gentleman did not wrap my TV they did not put plastic wrap on it and they did not put padding on it they put my TV between my headboard and footboard which cause the face to break off of it and in transit while that was happening it cracked the screen if need be I will show pictures I still have my TV I didn't get to get to court on the day I was supposed to be in court with you all it's because my brother got murdered on that exact same day that I was supposed to be in court understand I will still be coming and filing a new lawsuit against you I just had to get my brother. Also I still have emails from you I also still have voicemails from you all said that you were going to repair my bed said you was going to replace my TV I also have a letter from the lawyer I had her saying that she was going to handle it yourself and not go through your law company your insurance company I'm sorry so John please do not say your judgment did what they were supposed to do because it had that my TV properly had they said we would rather you handle your TV then us it would have never happened had that my king size bed legs properly there will never been chips in my bed which you sent your guy out to repair and then never sent him back out here to send finish it or anything so with that being said if I need to show proof to all the people in America then that's what I will do but I will see you in court and I do have pictures emails telephone calls and all that you guys said you was going to do another thing you might be interested in knowing your guy said it brought me out to the shop while you were out of town and you're a guy what is his name I want to say Timothy I can't remember his name but he gave that as your credit card to go take me to buy a new TV when they realize how much a 50 inch plasma TV cost they said we'll take care of it tomorrow next thing I know I was getting a phone call 5 days later from you send insurance company was going to handle it when you did not do that I think I got a call from my lawyer a month later let her handle it saying that you were not letting your insurance company handle it you were going to handle it it has still not been handled so I will see you in court myself

thank you mr. John for proving my case however I do respond back I just cannot make it to try on you guys because my brother got murder September 12th 2016 it was all over the news if your company is so reputable you would have did was right went and bought me another 50 inch TV as I requested and would have sent your guy out to repair the leg that he call his self put in wood filler on I have that in writing also everything has been printed out and protected so when I come to court I have all evidence I want you to have a blessed day always helpful movers it's not a reputable company and they do not stand up for what they say they stand for this is to John the owner of always helpful movers you was not there your guys did a horrific job of moving my things my TV has never been broke never the only time I TV has ever had to be repaired is when Sears came out to repair something inside my TV which they just went had to replace the base has never been broke the TV screen has never been broke.

Owner giving facts of this move!

AUTHOR: John - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, October 24, 2016

To all concerned:

There are several facts that are completely misrepresented by this "customer".  And everything that our contract says that we will do, we have done!

First, she claims that we broke the 50 plasma.  The front glass of the t.v. did end up cracking, somehow, (even though fully padded), between the old location and the new.  And this was probably due to the fact that the plastic base of the t.v. also broke, in transit, to the storage unit we delivered this to.  (The t.v. was fully padded and wrapped; because it had to set on the plastic stand {and my crew leader did not try to remove the stand}, and it is probable that when the stand broke, it caused the main part of the t.v. to hit the floor, and the front glass broke). When we arrived at the storage, and the customer first saw the broken stand on her plasma, she said, "That is the third time the stand on that t.v. broke, and I have had to replace it!"  (Obviously a flawed t.v.!).  So, because this customer decided NOT to purchase additional insurance for her move, when we provided that option in written form, she was only guaranteed the default level of insurance, which was .60/lb.  (Since it was non-repairable, because the plasmas are obsolete now, and the glass could be found no where with any parts people). So, when we turned in the Bill of Lading/Contract for her move, to our insurance, they were only going to give about a $100 refund, (which reverts to our company, since this is way below the deductible.)

So, after we searched for the repair parts (and could only find the stand),as a courtesy, we OFFERED to buy her a new 50" HD t.v.  The customer declined, and said she wanted to keep the 50" plasma t.v., based upon a warranty.  (And she would have gotten an even better t.v., with just as good a warranty, if she had let us buy and deliver a 50 HD t.v., but declined).  She wanted us to pay for a brand new 50" plasma, that she claimed would be $1,500, (I guess based upon who she was going to get this t.v thru).  We explained that she did not buy extra, full replacement value insurance, and so this brand new t.v would NOT be covered by our insurance.  She took us to court, not once, but twice.  She never showed up, or her lawyer, either time.  We appeared in court both times, ready to discuss our contractual terms with this customer, before the judge, and accept the outcome.  She never showed. . .

Second, she claims we lost her bed brackets, and put a chip in the foot of the headboard.  My crew leader was confident that the "chip" was already in the foot of the headboard, and told her such.  (For the record, we delivered this customer's goods into storage.  We delieverd all that was in our truck, and she was standing there at the unload to confirm.)  About 1 month later, when she went to get her items out of storage, that is when she claimed that the bed brackets were missing, and the "chip" in the foot of the bed. I do NOT believe that anyone in our company kept the brackets, or lost them.  They were unloaded into HER storage unit, (where anyone she allowed could have had access, even those people that moved her out of there), and we were informed more than a month later, of the missing bed brackets.  As a courtesy, (even though I know we put the brackets into her storage unit), we ordered her new bed brackets thru Nebraska Furniture Mart, and had them delivered to her!  And, our contract (as well as every other moving company I know of), does not insure furniture made out of pressed/particle board "wood".  Even though this also is in our contract, that she signed, I sent my repair guy out there twice, to fill this chip, and color it.  He took pictures of his work, and it looked decent; even though, this was NOT furniture warranted thru our moving company, or any moving company I know of.

We sent her new bed brackets, as a courtesy; we decently repaired a headboard NOT insured thru us; we offered to buy her an upgraded HD t.v.  And none of this was guaranteed thru our contract, or the fact that she did NOT purchase additional, full-coverage, insurance for her t.v.

We are more than happy to explain to customers what any level of insurance they buy, will allow us to do, in the case of any incident.  And our contract explains this, and is posted here, (and has been posted there for years. . . so, no suprises).

We have more than 20,000 happy customers in over 22 years, and went above and beyond our contract with this customer, to try to make her happy!

   John
