Always Imagine Inc Josh Hillhouse Design Josh Hillhouse of Always Imagine did not return my un-used deposit upon termination of his contract! Fort Collins Colorado

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I met with Josh Hillhouse of Always Imagine, Inc. at my home office. I presented the work to him, and asked if the company had time to handle the work in a timely fashion. I was assured that it would not be a problem, and secured a rate of $35/hr and presented Josh with a deposit of $600.00
After 7 days I was presented with 2 hours of materials that were not even what I asked for, and were sub-standard by any means in the desktop publishing world. At this point I terminated the contract and demaned my un-used deposit back. I have not received the un-used deposit, nor any communication regarding it!

I received a Paypal refund today from this company. Although communication was not good, the person / company did the right thing and provided a partial refund on my deposit.
