My family too has been a victim of Alyon's fraud ($78.24 + long dist). We have no intention of paying. It ticks my off that I have to spend time fighting something like this, but the people behind this scheme have to be stopped.

Please, everyone victimized by Alyon take the time to file as many complaints as you can.

I filed at www.ftc.gov; www.fcc.gov; as well as, the National Fraud Info Center & Internet Fraud Watch.

I emailed investigations@wwortv.com (the local TV station in Secaucus, NJ, where Alyon has a physical address. They responded & asked if we would agree to be interviewed.) I also emailed the mayor of Secaucus, NJ (mayor@townofsecaucus.com).

Today I'm sending a certified, return-receipt letter to Alyon stating we have NO intention of paying the fraudulent bill.
