Received bill from Alyon claiming that a Premium Adult Web Site had been accessed for 18 minutes on April 28,2033 thru my computer. Had talked to their customer service dept and was told that someone at my address had to have done so or there would not have been a bill sent to me.

I wrote to them at their Norcross, GA address and received a 3 page response with no name of a person at the bottom, signed Respectfully-Alyon Technologies. They are not even honest enough to give any name of a person.

I have already filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am writing Alyon back to let them know that I am aware of their attempts to rip-off several hundred other people and that I am not paying their bill because it is (censored). They will be informed that I have contacted the FTC, your web site and will most likely also file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General.
