Alyon Technologies Charged my telephone account and is trying to take me to collection ripoff Norcross Georgia

I received a bill from Alyon Technologies stating that I owed money for using their website.

First of all the dates listed on the bill were the days that my family was out of town for the holidays. Secondly the information on my local and long distance phone bill doesn't show the information that Alyon said would be on there such as their phone number (Strange).

The weird thing is that when I talked to the customer service rep she stated that she was the manager, not true becuase I called back and asked someelse what Vickie's role was and Diana told me that she was a customer service rep. Another wierd thing is that Vickie told me maybe someone broke into your home with a laptop and used your phone line to call the Adult website. My house was not broken into.

Alyon is trying to take me to collections for the amount they have charged to my phone, but the funny thing is that the collection agency that they used dropped the charges against me on 03/24/04. I'm in the process of getting the documentation from the collection company verifyin that all charges were dropped. They see it as a (censored) as well.

I'm contacting the Attorney General, Mayor of Georgia today by email and the FCC to help me resoulve this issue.
