Didn't know anything about this company until I received a HARD COPY bill for using their "services". I've been fighting with them since December of last year to clear us the mess.
What's so upsetting is that they obtained my physical home address via backdooring the computer system. I work in a sentive career field, and don't necessarily want everyone knowing where I live, and at the time had an unlisted number.
There were also extra dialers uploaded on my system (all porno-related), and they were self-perpetuating about every 7-10 days. I kept taking them off and they'd show back up. Of course I didn't know what was going on until I had fought with 3 different phone companies, Alyon, disconnected my phone service (for allowing the back door to my home address-which they said is legal as a "nuiance call" tracer by Alyon), and paid a computer specialist to troubleshoot my console. The specialist said that the extra dialers also allow a virus venue for infecting my system, which ate Norton utilities in about 15 seconds. I wound up having to have to whole system wiped and lost all my information/data.

Make paper copies of what you just wrote and send them to the FTC and the 13 Attorney Generals that have lawsuits against Alyon.
Google will give you the States suing Alyon, a little more research will get you the addresses.
They will LOVE the information you send them, of a rogue dishonest company that put you through a costly computer hell. Not only does this company (censored) people, they also harass them, disrupt their computers, their livelhoods, their families and their lives.
