• This report is tired to my earlier report on Simon cain Slee of american Dream. This

 man George Peter Rushford is the Owner of the supposed Property Management Firm in Syracuse NY that is tired to Slee. He takes on the Properties Sold My Mr Slee. Its all sodl as a armchair investment on Slee.s website but in reality its the opposite. Here is my experience in short detail. After we purchased are Property in 2009 Mr Rushford  started by giving a much higher estimate than the one sold to us by Simon Slee, We paid him over $6000 within a month and he said more was owing it started as $1800 and became another $5000. We never got any rent their was always a negative Balance  always more repairs to do but in reality he did none but stole Are money. He was dishonest from the word go and now owes us around 30000 as yet still not paid. This THIEF spent a year as are manager before we fired him for causing us a huge loss. Since then we have foudn out that he never did any work properly and muc hwas never done. We had to re do all again. Many Ohters have had the same experience with this Man and we are goig nto report him to the Police for Theft very soon. HE used tenant Deposits to do repairs a illegal action. We have just been told by the Syracuse tax office he failed to pay more than one City tax on are Property  I advise all to read thsi and stay well away form this Business A@M properties LLC as they are pure evil crooks.  He also operates in Florida now so avoid dealing with him there also. He has cost us thousands and the bill keeps rising as now we cannot get the Property right thanks to his actions its shamfull that the Authroitiers let this kind of Criminal stay in business.
