I want to just say. Please be very careful whom you purchase a dog from. Regardless if you have heard that they are nice or a great breeder cause I have just learned first hand a valuable lesson about a BYB named Amanda Anderson Waymire. I was purchasing a female from her, as she was recommended as a Great person and reputable breeder. SHE IS NOT! I am not in Indiana so I sent her half the money for the puppy that I was leary of purchasing in the first place because she was having financial difficulties and the mom had I nice pedigree. She was supposed to deliver the dog to my mom in GA as driving all the way to me was not affordable for her. She would then pick up the remaining amount from my mother once she dropped off the dog and her papers. SHE HAS SINCE BREACHED THE TERMS OF OUR AGREEMENT AS SHE HAS NOT REGISTERED THE LITTER CAUSE SHE STATES SHE CANNOT AFFORD IT!! REDFLAG #1. HERE IS A COPY OF WHAT SHE SENT ME WHEN I TOLD HER THAT MY MOM STATED THAT SHE NEEDED TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER SHE HAD THE PAPERS TO DROP OFF THE NOW 9-10 WEEK OLD FEMALE AS SHE WOULD NOT BE GIVING HER THE REMAINING HALF OF THE MONEY (MIND YOU THIS IS MONEY I PUT IN HER ACCOUNT CAUSE THE DOG IS FOR ME) WITHOUT THE PAPERS. TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE AS NOT REPUTABLE OR RESPONSIBLE BREEDER WOULD SELL ONE WITH OUT PAPERS. SHE STATED THAT DISPITE OUR ORIGINAL ARRANGEMENT SHE COULD NOT AFFORD TO DELIVER HER WITHOUT THE OTHER HALF OF THE MONEY. NOW I AM VERY UNDERSTANDING BUT SHE HAD TOLD ME AND MY FRIEND THAT REFERRED ME TO HER THAT SHE HAD REGISTERED THE LITTER ON SEVERAL OCASSIONS BUT DID NOT. AND I MEAN LETS BE HONEST, ITS ONLY $25.00 PLUS $2.00 PER PUP TO REGISTER A LITTER AND SHE ONLY HAD 5 PUPS. THEN I GAVE HER THE OPTION OF JUST REFUNDING MY MONEY WHICH SHE SHOULD STILL HAVE AS ITS A DEPOSIT AND SHE IS BREACHING THE CONTRACT AND SHE THEN TELLS ME SHE WILL SPEAK TO HER HUSBAND (WAS NO WHERE IN THE PICTURE DURING THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT AND GET BACK TO ME) THEN SHE SAYS AFTER SHE SELLS THE FEMALE (MIND YOU SHE STILL HAS 2 MALES OF THE LITTER THATS SELLING) AND I TELL HER NO YOU REFUND MY MONEY NOW AND SHE DID A STRAIGHT 180 ON ME! MIND YOU. I WILL TAKE HER TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF NEED BE AND PLAN ON REPORTING HER TO AKC AND WHEREVER ELSE I CAN. BUT HERE ARE SOME OF HER MESSAGES TO ME. NOTICE THE BIG DIFFERENCE IN TONE AND ATTITUDE AS OPPOSE TO HER ADS SHE HAS ON HERE, AND PUPPYFIND OH AND KIJIJI!

I talked to my mom and her thing is that you should already have the papers and that you keep changing how you are getting her to her. One day you are driving then shipping and now driving again. When Kathy sent zero to her. She sent zero prior to receive the money in the mail BUT she sent copies of all his papers and then she sent the originals once she received the money order in the mail. My mom's thing is that you received half up front and yet you didn't register the litter. And granted you have had financial difficulties right now, and I do sympathize with that. Just being 100% honest with you if it were anyone else I would have just asked for my money back and been done with the whole thing. So what she said was that you could drop her off whenever but that she wasn't going to give you the money until I got the papers. And it makes sense to me too. Friendship aside, business is business. And I would hate to be like the people who purchased Rene's last litter and be stuck with a dog and no papers. So it's nothing personal it's just business. And like I said before, if its too much for you to deliver her to my moms due to your situation, you can refund my money and there will be no hard feelings nor will I speak badly of you. So just let me know.

Also none of you other buyers paid as much as I am paying for her And they are right there in the same state with you and if you look back our original agreement stated you would get the money once you dropped her off. To register the litter is only $35 dollars or $70 with expedited registration. I sent you $450 and it was spent on bills. I cannot Trust that sending you the money before hand it won't accidentally get spent on bills like the last deposit. You can speak with you husband but when we originally made the agreement it was me and you and I never heard mention of Kevin. So just let me know today. And you are selling the puppy to me! So again just let me know today.
