I ordered a Mr. Pricklepants plush doll for my nephew's birthday from Amazing Plush through amazon. It only took 2 days to get, but they sent the wrong item. They sent a Buttercup doll. These are characters from Toy Story 3. 

I contacted the company to let them know and to please overnight the correct item as it was for a birthday gift. I wasn't looking to keep the wrong item, I told them to send a return label for it. 

The 1st thing they did was just refund my money. So I was stick with a doll I didn't want and no new doll on the way. 

Matt from Amazing Plush told me he would resend the correct item but he couldn't send out anything overnight. I think that is bull, but ok. The party was still a week away and since the 1st package arrived in 2 days I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It is 11 days later and the correct item still has not shown up. Matt blames it on the Post Office. Of course he claims there is no tracking number for it, though there was one for the original order. Another blatant lie. 

I couldn't find the toy for my nephew in the area. He loves this character and his Uncle Bruce (me) promised him the doll. He was disappointed. My brother said he had been talking about getting a Mr. Pricklepants from me for days.

If Matt hadn't been such a downright liar I could have ordered it online elsewhere, but I trusted that he would resend the correct item. 

This company is a joke. Their email address is a yahoo address, not even a professional one. The customer service was brutal, not in their response time, but in their blatant lying.

Matt should be ashamed of himself. I hope his kids are one day as disappointed as my nephew was. Of course having a lying piece of s*** as a father is probably disappointment enough.
