The statement in the posting about Bill and myself Larry are false in every way. Joe Manchel is a predator and he uses what little knowledge he has of the sign industry to lure people to him and then RIP THEM OFF! He is also a registered sex offender and he has brought his family inot the fraud business. Belive nothing he says and stay as far away from him as possible. He lives every minute of his day in lies and deceit. A horrible exisitence for sure. He has many victims and has taken them for tens of thousands of dollors. This is a site for people to post on when ripped off he has chosen to post a rediculous statement about to of his victims. I am not sure why this has not been removed by the site so I felt the need to add my rebuttal for Bill and I so there is no mistake of what type of person posted the report.

Even if you could win a civil suit or prove criminal against either Larry or I you would not pay any money to anyone. You have not paid the judgment granted to Resurrection Street Ministry in December of 2012. If you will pay that money that you stole from Resurrection I will be more than happy to write all kinds of letters saying you did fulfill your obligation to the Ministry. You never completed the sign for Resurrection. I will continue to tell people that until you pay your indebtedness.

We no longer need the sign. We purchased one after you failed more than 20 times to finish on any dates and/or other promises you made. We contacted two companies after we realized you were never going to complete our sign and selected one of them to do the job. Eleven days later we had our sign and about a week after that it was installed. If you want to see it you can go to the Ministry WEB site and view it.

Pease grow up and try to become a decent person. If you spent as much time doing legitimate work for people as you do trying to take advantage of them you would be a very successful business. May God have mercy on your sole for what you have done to so many people.

By the way, I sent an update to the complaint I filed against you on RipOff in 2012 and included a copy of the court ordered judgment against you, Joseph Peter Manchel, a/k/a Joe Manchel, Cara Lynn Manchel a/k/a Cara L Ishmael Manchel, Manchel Wholesale Sign Builder a/k/a AmazingSignPrices.com a/k/a Joe/The Wholesale Channel Letter Guy a/k/a WholesaleSignBuilder.com and a number of other aliases I pray people will not get sucked into by your deceptive business practices. I pray no one ever sends you any money up front to supposedly build a sign for them.

P.S. Use spell check next time you write something. LEADING is not spelled "leeding" and CIVIL is not spelled "cival" and RESURRECTION is not spelled "resurection."
