Amazing Tech Depot This company sells defective merchandise, makes it impossible to get a hold of anyone, and makes you pay to return their junk!!! Industry, California

My husband ordered 3 boats from Amazing Tech Depot and one out of the three was defective. It looked as though the merchandise had been used returned and mailed to me. I tried to call the phone number listed on their website to notify them of the defective boat and to have them send me a replacement  boat that was working. I was never able to actually talk to someone because everytime I called I got an answering machine. The only way for me to get a response was by email. After going back and forth about 5 times I was told that I had to go out of my way and mail the defective boat back and actually pay around $20.00 for shipping. (which would not be refunded) Very poor buisness and customer service!!! Do not order from this company!!!
