Amazing Wallets, Pancholv, Panchoebay@aol.com, Felipe Goodman, Elizabeth Goodman Shipped my item to wrong address, refused to ship to proper address, refused refund. Las Vegas Nevada

I ordered a leather passport cover from pancholv on ebay.com. I clearly specified my proper address. The item was shipped to the wrong address. I emailed repeatedly and got no reply.

Finally, pancholv responded and refused to re-ship and refused a refund. I left honest, simple feedback, 'shipped to wrong addy, refused to ship to proper addy, never refunded money...' and forgot about the whole thing.

Later, another ebayer emailed me saying, 'i see you were screwed by pancholv too, i suggest you reply to your feedback, and report this to paypal, ebay, and squaretrade.'

I logged into ebay to find this feedback that pancholv left for me, 'LIAR LIAR! This is a fraudulent buyer. SELLER BEWARE OF SCAM!!

I was shocked. I was the person defrauded. I responded with the following feedback,'i paid and never recieved my product or a refund. how is that a scam???' and forgot about it again.

I eventually received an email from SquareTrade. Pancholv filed a complaint against me! The dishonest and insulting feedback was not removed. No refund either.
