The post office is losing BILLONS of dollars. They are going to close hundreds of post offices around the nation, laying off thousands of employees. WHY would they be hiring?

The site you went to was not Amazons real website. The Postal Service does not provide online test preparation materials.
Did you go to the USPS website and check out the application and hiring process? I am pretty sure not even the USPS endorses any kind of testing preparation tests and they usually discourage people from seeking materials online.
