Amazon Seller Central, Amazon MarketPlace Amazon, Amazon Merchant Center Facilitates fraud by granting buyers refunds without goods being returned. Luxembourg 

Having sold on Amazon now for several months, I have experienced way below a basic standard of support from Amazon.

They are very quick to react and fully support buyers, but when it comes to sellers they honestly could not care less.Of course the general first line support always try and paint a nice picture and make all kidns of promsises and assurances. But then quickly follow up with the fact that the actual issues are dealt with by other departments, with which they conveniently do not have any direct form of contact or influence.

Mean while the other departments pass judgmenet wholly in fvour of buyers. Even when presented with information showing more than reasonable information that the buyer is being malicious.They do absolutely zero in regards to ensuring goods are returned or even made available for collection buy the sellers after Amazon blindly hands out a refund form the sellers pocket. I have experienced this on 3 different ocassions. And whe contacing Amazon for clarifaction was told in plain terms, that my contact was not welcome and further quireies on this matter will be ignored.

Just as it was exposed int he UK that Amazon was using loop holes to avoid TAX, there is many things this company which has grown to be so big and lucative is gettign away with. And yes this includes the open abuse and mistreatment of its sellers, whom it frankly does not care about as it knows it has cornered this area of the market.

I am currently in the painful process of having to legally try and get back my money for these cases, as is the right under UK LAW. At great expense, hassle ad money on my part. Something which should never have happened in the first place, had Amazon been a responsible company and treat its sellers with somewhere near the care it does with as its money making nuggets i.e. buyers.

A disgusting and abborant company that needs to be investigated and regulated properly. But sadly, somehow I dont think this will ever happen. And boy do they know it.
