AMAZON PRIME Don't return to Amazon.....Gift card only.... Internet

When you return an item to AMAZON, make sure you check your gift card balance.  I returned 4 items at once..they returned 2 of the 4 to my instore credit card that I purchased them all on. 

BUT, they returned the 2 larger refunds to their gift card which is only instore.  When I called them to get it sent to my credit card that is now collecting interest on a returned item; I was told that since I used the larger return to purchase items that day they couldn't refund it.

I asked them to use the smaller amount that was refunded but they wouldn't and so over $200 is just sitting on an instore gift card that I can only use on AMAZON.

So, thanks for returning my money and making sure I will spend it in your store again!
