I am wondring if anyone else has had any dealing out of this scammer?

I posted on Amazon.Com 's websight a pair of used speaker stands listed in their true condition. Shailesh Gokhale purchased them for $30 (less tha 1/2 of retail). I attempting to do the right thing I paid an additional $8 to get the speaker stands to this dirtbag. I say dirtbag because he immediatly upon receipt contacted Amazon and claimed he did not know they were used and expected new. He admitted in an email that he expected new. Anyone with half a brain would have to knowingly and intentionaly sought out the used section. Because the item was mistakenly placed in Used- very good rather than Used- good (although an exact detailed description accompanied the listing) Mr. dirtbag files a claim that the item was not as described and lied claiming they had rust on them. A relative saw them before shipment and can validate this individual is a liar. At any rate Amazon isn't any smarter! They STOLE MY MONEY, refunded it to Shailesh Gokhale and sent him an email stating
that he was under no obligation to return (since he was fully refunded) my "F"ing merchandise. I found a web sight full of sellers whom Amazon has screwed over in the same manor (as an accessory to wire fraud and theft at the very least). This is the second and the last time Amazon has pulled this on me.

Several years of being a honest buyer / seller on Amazon is over! I abandoned my seller account, will never spend 1 cent through Amazon again...ever! Nor would I trcomend them over their competitors. Further more I will pay 2x the money at Amazon's competitors just knowing I am dealing with business who actually has integrity (on many levels). As far as Shailesh Gokhale I am filing theft and Amazon as an accessory to theft since he wanted new speaker stands and I offered to pay the allowed shipping to return them. Needless to say there was no response from the buyer.
