An Amazon member since 2001, I have primarily purchased product through, and have sold on occassion. I began to sell an item I purchased from Amazon in 2008, yet the company restricted my access to said order requiring an actual order to sell the item. While I managed to find the order, it would not open and now Amazon is not assisting in any way, closing resolution disputes with no resolution.
After many emails, I decided this simply was not a company I wished to continue to do business with. I pulled up my Prime account and to my horrific surprise discovered they had BILLED ME $299 FOR AMAZON FRESH. Perhaps they smuggled it into tiny print when I initially looked into Amazon fresh delivery yet would NEVER knowingly pay so much for a service from any vendor for such a service.
If you are an Amazon member, please check your statement and ensure it is not ridiculously overbilled without your permission. Still horrified at the treatment I have been receiving as a customer of over 15 years.
