Amazon Amazon rips off buyers! Makes buyer pay return shipping and sellers can list items with false descripstions with no consequence! Internet

Amazon is the biggest rip off ever! I bought what was suppossed to be a Dolce & Gabbanna razor phone from seller jvw77. They said it was unlocked and brand new. I got the phone and the box was really scratched. I went to T-Mobile and the phone would not work at all after me wasting an hour of my time there. I called Motorola and gave them the serial # and they said the phone was made for use in Hong Kong only, the warranty expired in August 2007, it is locked, and it is not a D&G phone it is just a regular gold razor, most likely made by cingular. I have been ripped off. The phone is the total opposite of what it is advertised. I sent it back, and they won't refund the $13 I had to pay to send it back for a phone that they completely lied about. Do not use this seller or site, bcause they will just lie and scam you, they don't care about customers at all. They have the worst service I have ever seen and all their call centers must be over seas because whn you call in the csr doesn't even understand you at all and you have to repeate everything many times. I will never use them again. Buyer beware.
