Wrong Site

I don't know who you are sending a message to, but you posted on a PUBLIC web site that has nothing to do with your Credit/Debit Card, Amazon, or Motel 6.

You need to call the bank that issued your card and start a dispute with them.   They will tell you what you need to do and most likely have you fill out and return some paper work.
