i bought a cell phone online thru a third party seller on Amazon. com  marketplace the description was a unlocked att phone that will work with a tmobile carrier but when i got the phone it wont work with tmobile so i returned the phone after paying bth shipping costs the seller decided that i will get fifty dollars less for restocking when i never agreed to that.                                           carlos oliveira
