Amazon.com, Seller Performance Team Reneged on offer to help with seller account, then closed said account Internet
After successfully selling on amazon for 3 years, paying them $40 for "premium seller service", I had my account unceremoniously closed. I had violated 3 minor listing policies, after which amazon suspended my account. They offered to allow me to list how I would rectify the problems, but when I asked for clarification of their obtuse policies, my account was closed. Amazon refuses to respond to my queries/appeals - really a nice way to treat a disabled seller who depends on internet sales for income. I will never purchase anything again through these heartless b******s, and will encourage all friends/family to avoid them as well.
