I followed their instructions and shipped the item the same day. Amazon sent me an email saying they had a minor problem with their "marketplace database" and that I would be credited with the money in 2 to 3 business days. A week has passed and no money. Nor will they respond my repeated emails requesting an update on the status of their payment.
Amazon's emails had grammatical errors in them--the English sounded broken. I have been defrauded by Amazon.com to the tune of almost $1,600. I was counting on this money. Please give me some advice on who to contact in order to pursue this. How do I file a complaint with Amazon? I only have the one email address which does not respond to my inquiries.
