amazon.co.uk Lie about means of transportaion Internet

I bought nine childrens presents from amazon.co.uk. They where split into 3 different shipments. First 1 arrived with 1 box missing from it the box was untouched so it could not have been stolen, amazon did not pack it. All the items I bought where listed to be at the amazon stores not from other sellers. Another of my parcels was sent by Royal mail and did not arrive on the arrival date and still has not arived till today. The 3 rd parcel was my daughters xmas gift which I bought from amazon as it was much higher in price from my country. I took the risk of buying as it was supposed to arrive a week before xmas and it was to be sent by DHL as they told me. Apparently they told me it was sent by DHL then they said that it was sent by DPWN which is still a part of DHL. THey told me that it was sent by DHL without tracking. I contacted both companies and they assured me that they can not send anything without tracking number. Now Amazon does not know where this item is or what it was sent by and will not admit that they lied about the shipping probably to save a few pounds. I told them if it does not arrive by the 23rd I will buy it locally and send them the receipt and they pay what I paid for it seeing they broke contract and lied about the shipping. They will not and will only issue what I paid which is not fair on me or my daughter whom the present is for. BE AWARE they are ripping us off and lying about postage and we have to wait for items that do not arrive or arrive missing. They think because they refund you your money back everything is ok but it is not seeing that we would need that item for occasions or gifts. They think because they say sorry it is ok but they are playing a game and lying to us they will refund your money but you have to fight for it but in truth we want our items not the money back what is the reason I would have just gone to the shops from the beginning.
