I tried out the company services during a 14 day trial that was offered, decided to close my account before trial was up but no one responded to my service tickets.

The owner (Graham) was sending me automated promotional emails, and I responded to one telling him I couldn't get an answer from support.

He quickly responded, asking how could he help. After I replied saying I wanted to close my account, I never heard from him/them again.
