Amc Mortgage - Ameriquest ripoff dishonest fees charged no assistance from them Orange California

we missed 1 mortgage pmnt.we were only 20 days late and they stopped accepting our payments. we were never late befor and this is how they treat us. my husband lost his job unexpectadely and we fell behind.

since then we have been in an agreement they are charging us almost 2500 a month for fees and not crediting our payments to our balance. they will continue to mark us late and only use our payments for there insanely high fees untill the plan is completed in 11 months.

we tried for months to work with them ,they wont call us and you cant even get someone to speak with there mailboxes are always full. now we have been saving our money and they wont accept any payments unless its in full with there 10000 in fees. we only have 10000 and they wont take a penny.

we dont want to loose our home and are doing everything in our power to work with them but they wont call us back and wont accept our money. this has been going on for months. they are even telling us we are lying about how much we pay for our bills. we offered to send them proof and they still wont work withg us. there fees are so ridicilous its impossible to catch up.

each month we have enough money they say oh wait our fees are this much and you have 10 days to come up with this or youll be in foreclosure.im going to see a lawyer so we can also sue them just as 40 states have done recentely.
