Heads didn't fit on toothbrush, requested another toothbrush stated this was defect and they didn't fit from the begining and they sent another toothbrush with exact same defects- never received replacement heads. I wanted my money back and was declined because it was over 30 days- I explained it was a gift to my finace when didn't open it until now- still declined!
