Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The sales pitch was very convincing.."Buy Foreclosures".."You find it, We fund it"...30% below fair market value...it sounded good and there are properties all over the place that fit their requirements and that they have over 10,000 investors who will buy these properties..that sounded really good, so I paid the 495.00 and I submitted several properties and out of 10,000 investors....Not one contacted me !! Who are these investors ??

OH MY GOSH!!!!! If you people read the materials and spoke with anybody at Ameraco, you would know (UNLESS YOU WEREN'T LISTENING) that your deal does NOT go out to 10,000 Investors!!!!! That is the nationwide count. For example, why would Investors all the way across the country in Washington, want your property in NC, or an Investor in CA want your property in Maine, or the Investor in NH want your Arizona property???????????? GET THE POINT??? Your deal is shopped to Investors in your state, shopped to Investors who REQUEST property in your state and to an internal guild at Ameraco. EVERYBODY is told this, yet EVERY single person who says that their deal didn't get a response whines about
"WAH WAH WAH, where are the Investors" They are right under your nose, THATS WHERE THEY ARE!!!
