This company is a fraud. From the moment I engaged them for my credit card processing they have screwed up, lied, screwed up some more, and lied some more. The customer account manager that was so hot to get my business will not return my emails or phone calls about issues. The EXECUTIVE Sales manager that I finally got in touch with is now doing the same. Our first conversation was cordial, she sounded sincere when saying she would help me get the issues corrected, and not she is not responding to emails or phone calls. They have charged my account erroneously, they are not adhering to the CONTRACT I signed with them, they have all of a sudden come up with additional charges, not listed on the contract, and they call them...."passthrough charges" that they can do nothing about! DO NOT engage with this company!

"Free Equipment"
AUTHOR: Samatha - (Tulsa)
SUBMITTED: Friday, March 27, 2015
I had a guy come by and said the equipment was "free."
Well, I know nothing is free. He wouldn't tell me if it was really a hidden lease, or there was a yearly "warranty," fee, or yearly "replacement" fee.
Can you share what the guy told you?
Thanks!
