The people running this operation think they are all that, however, they hired me without checking my references, my academic qualifications or employment background. the trainer had no idea what he was doing and was a bit of a homophobic person, talking in a very sensual to male employees. The actual training was unorganized and the materials we were supposed to have learned ended up being blown off for the personal opinions of the trainer, which included him encouraging employees to hang up on potential customers when their answers weren't convenient to what we were in search of. When asked to leave the company, I was told I had sexually harrassed a woman even though we made a silly bet related to her getting a short haircut, which would have never happened anyway. the trainer was the person making the complain, however, the real reason I was let go was because I was simply smarter than most of the people within the company and they felt threatened by my intelligence level vs. their own. Stay clear of this company as a potential employee and as a client, they aren't worth your time or effort.
