AOL Charged for service when I had 6 months free deceptive company evil dirt bags Internet Internet

I purchased a Dell laptop for my daughters graduation and with the purchase came a 6month free AOL service. My daughter went to the icon for the free service and it required a checking account number. (By the way she was a minor) Anyway AOL started charging her checking account and it was a few months before we realized this (her checks started bouncing due to the aol charges) We contacted AOL and explained that this was suppose to be free and they accused us of making this up to get out of paying the bill. I was able to obtain a copy of my invoice from Dell, but still have not been able to clear by daughters checking account.

In the numerous attempts to discuss this issue with AOL I have received nothing but rude, obnoxious jerks with NO customer service skills. Talk about a runaround.
