on december 19 i contracted with american auto relocaters of haynesville va to move my pickup from california to texas. diane assured me this was not a problem route. it should be a quick pickup i would see delivery 7 to 10 days. its now jan 28 my truck is still in ca, im going to have a fight to get my money back, and im going to have to take off work and go get it.
ive made to many phone calls to count. when they answer which isnt often they have some very intresting excuses. usually you get voice mail they never return calls. after some research this seems to be a common problem with these guys. i relize i should have checked them out better first. i just hope this warning saves someone the headaches ive had. i actually offered a 100.00 bonus to get this done over the contracted price

the day after i filed a contest with my credit card company to get my deposit back the company called to tell me the truck would be picked up . my truck arrived feb 9th , i guess the thought of giving money back was to much . even though i have my car i want people to know he service this company provids is lousy
