American Auto Shield/Pinnacle Automotive Protection is nothing be a big Ripoff. They do not pay for what the contract says it is going to cover. The parts  they will cover they fine ways to cut the price the contract state it is to pay or they fine way not to pay anything. We need to find a way to file a law suit and put them out of business. Let me know it you know of any way.

I am with you all who have problem with pinnacle Automotive protection and Marathon financial insurance company because they are not about protecting you. they are just rip off companies taking money from people for no reason.

Carchex I purchased an auto warranty June 21, 2022. I had to wait 30 days and put 500 miles on my vehicle before I can make a claim. I made a claim almost 2 months later and /American Auto shield denied my claim.  I’ve called them well over 11 times Cockysville Maryland

American auto shield Its a ripoff and scam American Auto Shield Gold Coverage. My car broke down July 12. Myself and repair shop contact American Auto Shield via email, contact to Customer Service, Adjuster Mark Diehl and his supervisor do not return calls. I’ve been without a vehicle almost 2 weeks. Inspector came on their behalf and vehicle engine damaged and needs replacement. Which is covered under my contract. I have been paying Uber every day to get to work because American Auto Shield will not return calls for even return repair company’s emails that the vehicle needs to be repaired. I have complained and have personally called them 2-3x a day everyday, Repair shop also. They are purposefully trying not to repair car even though covered under warranty. I’ve done multiple surveys and no response. CO
