Have been trying for 2 days to collect beneficiary proceeds on an active, up-to-date, term life insurance policy. After many hours of being bounced around, no one seems to be able to get me to the correct claims department that handles this particular account. Obviously, no one works in the Claims Payout department. Everyone insincerely apologizes, but no one can or will help get our money which was designated for funeral costs.
