I searched the internet for a site that helps you file for bankruptcy that didn't require you hiring a lawyer due to my limited income I could not afford one and I found the American Bankruptcy Center's site and called them.

I talked to Greg For over an hour and explained to him what my finicial troubles were and told him I am disabled and live on very limited income and was in need of help and he assured me that he could get it all taken care of for me.

I need not to worry all I had to do is pay the company $195.00 from my debit card and they would get it started so I did just that and he gave me a counseling site to go to so I could get my first class done with the counselor .

I signed up and got that class it cost me another $50.00 but I completed it and I just recieved the certificate showing my budget worksheet and was told I need to complete the second part of the class but would need my case number and city it was filed in to do it.

I log back on to the site American Bankruptcy Centers.com yo get my info from Greg and got this message "American Bankruptcy Centers is currently in the process of dissolving. If you are a client and have questions regarding a pending bankruptcy matter, please contact us by email at info@americanbankruptcycenters.com".

So i mailed this place and told them what I needed and wouldn't you know it the e-mail came back undeliverable. So I called the credit couselors and told them what was going on and I was informed that this same company is using the name of their company as well.

So now I am out $245.00 and still in as much debt as ever and do not know what to do . I went to a local lawyer here in my town and paid him $200.00 to help me with this and he was the one who suggested me give these people a try so I am thinking there could be a lot of people involved in this scam.

Please if you read this and you have been scammed by these people please write in like we have the more proof we have the more we can do about this matter hopefully.
