American Bio Dental /Alessandro Porcella Alessandro Porcilla, the owner of American Bio Dental overcharged me on my bill and I was never informed and he pressured me to make the payment. The front desk receptionist gave me a lower quote over the phone to remove my Amalgam. I confirmed the price quote with the owner's son once I was at the office in person. Alessandro, was inappropriately flirtatious and made me feel uncomfortable. The dentist were kind and seemed overworked and stressed, as if they were in a constant hurry. They said Alessandro only pays them $500/week which is minimal compared to what I paid as a patient. Tijuana Mexico

 Alessandro Porcilla, the owner of American Bio Dental overcharged me without my consent and forced me to make the payment. My sole purpose of my dental visit was to remove only 1 Amalgam. I felt pressured to have more work done on my teeth by American Bio Dental's owner, which totaled more then $6,700. My current dentist in Tijuana only recommended a deep cleaning. Previous patients said they were pushed to remove 8 teeth at one time and had horrific pain for months. They shared the same experience of being pushed to overpay and pushed to remove more teeth and or do more work then needed by the owner's. I was never informed by the dentist themselves regarding what they recommend for my treatment but was only informed by the owner's who are not licensed dentist's. Owner lied to several patients in reference to insurance coverage and had to pay out of pocket. The owners' only care about money and not their patients. The receptionist gave me a lower price quote over the phone to remove my Amalgam and said they would provide a complimentary Vitamin C IV to help the inflammation which I never received as promised. I double confirmed the price quote with the owner's son once I was at the office in person and he said, "Yes, no problem." Alessandro Porcilla, was inappropriately flirtatious and made me feel uncomfortable. He was very "touchy feely" and I felt awkward as a young female patient. The dentist were kind and seemed overworked and stressed, as if they were in a constant hurry. They said Alessandro only pays them $500/week and makes them work overtime. Talk about labor laws. (Alessandro Porcilla is from Argentina). Most patients of his are from the States and pay over $5,00 per visit. The staff were not cohesive with one another, were stressed, overworked and underpaid.
