I am in the process, NOW, of doing 2 loans with American Capital Holdings and Charles Jackson.I had 2 clients wire commitment fee's of over $200,000 within the last 30days. Both are scheduled to close with in the next couple weeks. As far as the last COMPLAINT from L.A. If he wants to contact me to let me know how far he got in his dealings with Charles Jackson and ACH prior to 'GETTING SCREWED" I would appreciate it. As far as I am concerned, at this juncture I am very satisfied. Had he gotten to this point??

I am glad to hear at least one person has good things to say about American Capital Holdings, LLC and Charles Jackson.
However, one of my companies, Holly Tree Investments, LLC, entered into a contract on June 6, 2013 for a bank instrument to be obtained and monetized. On June 13, 2013 I wired $275,000.00 USD per the contract to his bank account. This contract had a time frame of performance plus the email he sent me prior to the contract stated this would be done in three (3) weeks; which, places this deal being done by June 28, 2013. Today is December 10, 2013 and this transaction is not completed (don't have any money).
I am willing to share SKYPE and email communications which, clearly state this deal will be done, the banking arrangement is in place and including I am being refunded. Finally on August 12, 2013 at 9:32 AM I received an email from Mr. Charles Jackson stating I would recieve my refund in seven to ten business days. On August 26, 2013 (ten business days after my August 12, 2013 email promising the refund) at 4:55 PM I received a fax from Anthony E. Patterson, Esq. that stated I was unable to speak about this transaction.

Just as I thought, either this comment was written by Manns/Jackson himself or by another person who got scammed. Its been months. Where is the update. This guy is a liar people. Wake up. He has lawsuits all over the country and the feds are all over him.i count 23 current lawsuits. All of them claiming the same thing. Fees upfront the promis of funding then he is hard to reach. To the 'author' of this note: Prove that you have ever, ever gotten funding from this guy. Let us all know. If not we will just presume that you will soon be with the rest of us suing Manns/Jackson/Jalin/American Capital Holdings.
