I bought a car from American Car Center in March 2015 and in April of 2015 the car started jerking and the air went out. They asked me to take it to shop because it was under warrenty. They rented me a car until my car was fixed and charged me 500.00 for a 2 day rental. I saw where I rented the car it was only $200.00. I've spoken to American car Center about this matter and now it's 900.00. I was late on a car payment 1 month and they cut my car off until I made the payment of 189.00$. These people harass you and talk to you like there on the streets. Nobody at this place has common sense they all are very stupid. I will be letting this car go back as soon as I can get another one.

$200 for just TWO days??? Do you actually think even that rate was reasonable? Incredible! You then talk about a voluntary repo...as if...you think you're going to somehow hurt them! Guess what Einstein? You are STILL on the hook for the contracted amount of the loan. In all probability, they will sue you for that amount! Next time, since apparently you are so deficient in certain areas of your developement, get someone to help you!
