Well like other reports of people who have delt with them my story starts the same..

Young guy comes to the door saing hes in a contest and such and that my next door budy bought from him and sent him to my adress. While i dont normaly buy mag. from the door I thought I would take a look.The kids were just home for the summer thought there might be something fun for them.
I picked out Disney Avdmag for them and a Shape mag for me the total was 99 dollars even..I read and signed the agrement wrote my check out to CCCI INC likes asked and he told my they would be here in about 4-6 weeks..This was 5-19-07 they cashed it 6-8-07.

The time pass no mag..At this piont I was looking for my recipte and found both the pink and yellow custmer copys in my check book and called the number on the back..The girl I talked to was ver nice and expained to my sorry I had been given the wrong info and that it was 120 days till the mag would come that makes it 9-26-07.Sad that the kids would already be back but it did say on the back in small print "allow 150 days for delivery" so we waited..

On day 128 I called Spoke with Beverly she told me again how sorry she was and was very nice and that she would call the publisher and then call me back with in 2 days and let me know what was going on..

Day 130 I soke with Lauren who told me the Disney Adv was cancled and they were not mailing any more out and sorry about that and wanted me to pick another mag..I refused .. I then asked for a refund since it had been clearly more days then allowed..she gave me a fax number and what i needed to send them and once they got it they would call me and send out a check for the full 99.

I did so faxed it on 10/11/07 at 13:04 from my kroger and have my verification report that it was recived. On 10/15/07 at 5pm I called them again they first told me they never recived the fax..then after wating they found it but had not done anything with it yet she told me she would put it on the first thing for tomorrow and that i would recive the check by the end of the month 10/31/07 so we waited..

I have called many times since then the 1-303-674-8252 number with sates they are busy with other calles and to try back another time..
On today Im mad..

11/10/07 day 165!!!!!

I got on there wab sight wrote them a long letter like this asking PLEASE for help and then found this with other people and simular issues

so thats what I say
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!
