I bought the wrong part.  When I realized my mistake, I called.  They argued with me until I agreed to install it.

Well, it didn't work.  When I requested a return, they refused on the grounds it was "used".

If they had simply told the truth when I called, I would have happily paid return shipping and a restocking charge.

I am disputing thru PayPal.  American Classic Motors is calling ME the liar, saying I never called them to question if I had the right part. 

I have my PHONE BILL as proof that I am telling the truth  Their lies might have saved them a little inconvenience of a return.  But it cost me $600 including the labor to install the wrong part.

(((REDACTED))).  Sarcastic and Rude to hide their lack of ethics and intelligence.

Someone should shut these scammers down.  They operate on selfishness and deceipt.
