American Collectibles Did not receive merchandise Glen Burnie Internet

On 5/16/14, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes through this company, which I found via internet search. They promptly charged my Pay Pal account.

By mid June, I had not received any merchandise, so I emailed the company to ask the status of the order. They did not respond. I emailed again on 7/1/14; at that time, they responded that one pair had been backordered, and did I wish to wait for the backorder, and also that the second pair was in stock and ready to ship. I responded that I did indeed wish to wait for the backorder.

On 9/15/14, I still had not received any merchandise. I emailed again and asked for the order to be cancelled, and to refund my charge; I did not receive any response.

I emailed again on 10/1, 10/6, and 10/10, each time asking to cancel the order and refund my money; on 10/20, I called the "customer service" number given on the website and got a standard cell phone voicemail, there was no company identification to this voicemail. I have not received any response from emails or phone messages.

Because I chose to wait for the backorder, the original order is now too old for Pay Pal to allow a dispute. My credit card company also states it's been too long and they cannot help.
