This so-called legitimate company called in October 2007, with an offer to let me test a toner cartridge. Unfortunately, I accepted and the nightmare began! They call and talk in circles, making promises of high-yeild toner cartridges at a great price. All of a sudden, you wind up with a minimum shipment of 2 boxes, that's 24 cartridges, that are not high-yeild, are very poor quality, and the price on the invoice is triple the normal street value.

They quote you their warranty, which is supposed to allow you to exchange the cartridges for ones you can use, but NOT until you pay for the whole invoice. Then you can exchange them. So, you pay triple prices for bad toner that you can't use and they will bill you a restocking fee of almost $4000 if you send them back unopened.

I asked them how many pages the "high-yeild" cartridge is supposed to produce, and the answer was a question..."How many pages do you get from it?" That's not an answer. When asked to produce a written contract between us, they say we have a verbal contract, but I never consented to receiving and paying for 24 over-priced and useless toner cartridges. The "account manager" then asked me who our CEO was so he could talk to him and get this straightened out. I did not give him that info.

Bottom line is this...this company is a bunch of low-life telemarketers that should be avoided like the plague! If they call, do not talk to them, you will regret it.
