American Coradius International LLC ACI Cannot support claim with company they claim to be collecting for. Amherst New York

This company sends me a claim that they claim is from PayPal Inc.  they have my address and name but do not provide any supporting information from PayPal or any description or evidence of a claim attempted by PayPal.  I call PayPal and they know NOTHING about any of it.  Furthermore, PayPal tells me that they have no suck claim or any information regarding any other account other then the one I have and that at no time did I ever owe them anything because the history of my PayPal account has been ALWAYS paid at the time of ordering.

Looking at another report from this website I see that there are others being told similar things in which PayPal should investigate or other agencies should investigate this company for fraud because I'm sure several people are panicking and sending them money before doing their due diligence.  

I was told by the representative for ACI, Dan Hopiszczak, that it will be placed in Fraud Status.  My attorney is watching my credit report to be sure they do not put anything on my report as it could affect my ability to maintain funding for my companies if they out this bogus claim on my credit report.  If it does indeed show up on my report, my attornies will be pounding on it immediately because they believe after their investigation that this company is sending out collections without evidence or verifiable documentation.  They will be monitoring for a potential class action.
