American Creative Solutions Scam!!! Rips off kids Carpentersville, Illinois

Tina/Towona Viramontes has been charge w/4 felonies.

1. Theft/Unauthorized control (Class 3 felony)
2. Forgery/Make/Alter Document (Class 3 Felony)
3. Forgery/Issue/Deliver Document (Class 3 Felony)
4. Bad Checks/greater than $150 (Class 4 Felony)

Karma is starting to catch up to her. She was released and is due back in court on 11/6

Also, she might be starting to use the Business Name Midwest International

These two companies are one in the same. There is a file at the Illinois Attorney General on American Creative Solution, Apple Leasing, Land of Liberty Marketing, and Business Provisions. All of these companies are run by the same person.
They all have records of taking customer's money and not producing the product promised. Please send your information in the the IL Attorney General and voice your complaint.
It may take awhile but this person and her company are going to go down.

Oh! I forgot to mention if Apple Leasing and American Creative Solutions is not connected, it is kinda funny that:

Tina Viramontes is the President of Apple Leasing and Don Gurlach is the President of American Creative Solutions and the two use to be roommates, as of January 2008.

These companies are connected. The person running Apple Leasing is Tina Viramontes, the same person who ran American Creative Solutions, Land of Liberty Marketing, Business Provisions and was part of American Marketing Experts (another scam).

I guess Tina V. got to you....if Apple Leasing is not the correct company, then why was Tina's name on the Business Application she submitted to the city of Schaumburg listing her as the president?

I do not know what she said to you, but all of the companies are the same and run by the same people.

To anyone out there, I have done research, through the Attorney General and other legal sources, this person and her company is fraudulent.


Jim- If you ever change your mind about telling the truth, Tina can not do anything to you...she is in the whole for over $200,000. She will not have the money to do anything. Besides, it is not illegal for someone to tell the truth!!!!!!!!!!

Same name, wrong company.. after further investigations, it's become apparent that American Creative Solutions has no affiliation with Apple Leasing, and the old Leasing office left their company logo and name on the door after moving. I apologize for any inconvenience to anybody. If anybody has any information on the REAL crooks (American Creative Solutions) feel free to contact me or the attorney general's office. Again, to Apple Leasing, and to Tina V. i sincerely apologize!!!

If you need some help or information on this company or Tina the supposed owner. I can help. Give me an email address I worked for her a very long time ago and I know all her secrets. she is a scam artist. She will rip off whoever she can that she finds weak. I was not one so she got nothing from me.

I know that there has been a "packet of information" hand delivered to the Illinois Attorney General about this company...if you search around, you will see this company has used multiple name, (Apple Leasing, American Creative Solutions, Land of Liberty Marketing, Business Solutions). There are many on the is site that have posted about the company/owner. We do need to get all together and stop this person.
If you (Jim, Elk Grove Village) can, you need to get all of the fraudulent info to the Attorney General. There have been others throughout the years that have been looking for the owner and can not track her down.
I do know where she is located, and I am willing to help!!!!
Also, the company is on Washington Street in Carpentersville, IL, in a business park called Ogden Corp.

We need to put the owner,Tina, behind bars!!!!!!!!
