Now, tell him he never told you about any 99.99 that you paid to get your loan which happens to be ilegal in MO AND almost every other state. Sue Him and No i did not hire a lawyer i had the legal team on my job put some papers together for me.

Also call him, every single day, every 5 minutes i did i let him know that i was not playing with him.

I am responding to the rebuttal that "Kelly" sent about receiving her loan I just find it a little funny that the girl that I spoke to several times on the online chat for American Credit Finders was "Kelly". I am sure this person is really either Greg Atherton or someone he knows!

Sometimes I feel that people just like to complain about companies that won't help them or they owe money too. When I was down and had no money in the bank, I was late on all of my bills and late 3 months on my rent and thought I was going to be evicted so many times and trying to explain to my landlord that the money would come in soon and I will pay it off. I have no family that I can turn to so I had to find someone that can help, after trying so many different companies I came across American credit Finders.

I applied online and waited about a week before they returned my call. I thought that I was going to be denied but, then I was contacted by Greg and he told me all the things they do at American credit Finders and he could help me out. He told me I was pre-approved for 20,000 but I would have to put in 410.33 to get it started. I knew there was no way I could do something like that with so many bills do. Especially when he told me the loan in not even guaranteed. But, he did tell me about the refund policy that they have if the loan would not go through. He gave me 3 weeks to get the money together to send in. He told me it would take 11-15 days to get the loan. He ran a background check on me that was used by computer software not the FBI and I got the copy of it also. Now, I will be honest and say 11-15 days was not true, it took about 27 days to complete. But, after the long wait I received my contract and signed it. I faxed it back to the bank and was called the same day I had the funds deposited into my account on Monday and the funds posted Tuesday morning. Thanks to American credit Finders I am caught up on all my bills and they are slowly helping me re-build my credit. I am not saying that they help everyone but they do help some of us and I just wanted people to know that this is not a scam. Plus they do refunds and it says that on their website in bold print.

I hope the things that are being suggested by you guys are not Fact. I recently sent in a payment to American credit finders and they said that i will recieved my loan with in 6-9dys. I also talk to justin tyler he seems to be legit. He told me that i had been approved for hte loan and that they needed to do a backgroud check THROUGH THE FBI to fight against Identity theft. after which the funds will be released to me

greg from american credit finders is wrong.their phone no when called arecording says it was disconnected.furthermore i checked and the money order i sent them was cashed on 12/29/04 greg claims he did not get it till 1/23 05.plus irequestet a refund 2 times online i think they are trying to blow smoke up someones butt.

As a representative of American Credit Finders I would like to state that we are a credit repair company that helps individuals such as Jerry find a way to get back on track with credit. We do not state on the phone that you will get the loan. We try to help find loans, we are contracted through different banks to help this process out. I want on the record that we do help everyone we can, that our customers do understand that it does take a little while when dealing with none or less then perfect credit.

There are a lot of telemarketing scams out there and we are not one of them. When a customer comes to us we let them know what we can do for them. Not everyone can be helped it just depends on their credit history. Also, we do offer money back depending on the circumstances. Jerry never asked for a refund of her money.

American Credit Finders keeps all files and phone calls on record. The funny part about all this is we received his payment on the 23rd and we do have record of that. It is now the 27, 4 days later, we help individuals that have completely crushed credit and try to find them financial freedom. Anybody in this world that has had or still has bad credit knows how hard it is to get a loan or credit card. So it would take us a little longer then 4 days to find a lender to help someone that decided not to pay their bills in the past.

Also, this company that I work for has been around a long time and has helped numbers of people get back on track. Jerry all you have to do is call and our billing department would be more then happy to refund your money, or you could have waited till one of our credit advisors called you and set up your account.
