This company American Credit Services called me and said I owe money on a old payday loan. This loan with taken out in 2007 for $300.00, but since I didn't pay it off it acurred interest, which now the total due is $1095.87. They said they were a law firm, I they were going to court tomrrow, to get their money, and my job, friends, and family will be contacted regarding this matter. If I send the money out today western union there would be no reason to go to court. This is why I looked it up on the ripoff report, and not to my surprise they were listed on it. Please report these companies if are scamming you, to let other people know nt it fall for their crap. The reason I did not fall for this is because I checked with the ripoff report first.
