American Credit Solutions ripoff how I fought back willing to help others Orlando Florida

Here's my story. Like many of you, I was looking to rebuild my credit among other things. I thought this would be a great card, since there was no interest until October 2002, so I thought I would do a balance transfer.

I ordered at the beginning of July, and set the payment to come out for 8/1/02. I never recieved my package in the mail, so I got online to find this company so I could call them and b***h. Well, I ended up here instead.

After reading the stories from fellow victims, I called my bank and immediately put a stop payment on my check. Now I know that they have my account number and all, but I'm seriusly begging them to try and take money from my account. If they do, I'll be placing a call to the Florida Attorney General's office and my lawyer to file a civil lawsuit. They can't take money out of my account for anything other than what I authorized them to do. It's theft!

Anyways, for those of you who have been rip offed already, here's what you do. Go to your bank, if it hasn't been over 60 days, and dispute the amount. Also, contact the Attorney General anyways. Tell them that they have taken your money, and you didn't authorize this, false advertising, unsatisfied with product, etc.....

I figure, if we all band together, we can hit them with a Class Action suit. They're blatantly lying to the people that call for these cards to get them to sign on, using false and/or misleading advertisements, and, I can't believe this one, saying you can have your money back within 30 days if not satisfied. They don't do it. It doesn't matter if your satisfied or not, only if they are. They say they will review the tape, then get back to you. In all instances, the tape doesn't say squat and the consumer is always wrong, plus by the time you get your package, the 30 days is up.

Anyways, if someone would like some help, or wanting to band together, hit me up. I'm not going to take this BS from any company.

PS - Why are all the ripoff companies seemed to be based out of Florida???
