american credit solutions ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Thanks Ripoff Report Tampa Florida

i got a "final notice" to activate your credit card in the mail & it caught my attention. i didnt apply for any credit card but it sounds great to have a pre approved card for a credit limit of $4000.

i decided to call but after hearing that they need to charge my account for $199.95 plus 3 payments of $33.00 i change my mind.. the guy Michael Ruabs who im talking to has really a good convincing power so he talked me into post dating it till the end of the week if i still dont have fund on my bank for that.

he talks so fast that i cant hardly understand what he's saying, i even told him that it can be a scam & he said he doesnt have time for that..

after getting off the phone, i search on the net about this company & i found one but they said they are not connected to the one who with the same company name but sells their credit card over the phone so thats strange & i found this site..

I'm pregnant & i really feel bad...im still shaken by the stupidity of what i did!!!! i called my bank & they said i should go there & file a form so american credit solution wont be able to debit my account but still i will be charge $20.00 which is ok with me than be ripped off for $299.00....

hope it works & i will surely learn my lesson on not entertaining this kind of scam!!!

thanks for this site, i might not be able to loose my $299.00...lets see what happen next....
