AMERICAN CREDIT SOLUTIONS ripoff scam TAMPA Florida

RIPPED OFF BY OFFERING CREDIT CARDS WITH NO SECURITY DEPOSIT AND NO FEES BUT THEN TOOK MY MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENSES .....

I was sent a card in the mail that said that i had been approved for a credit card with a $4000 credit limit with no security deposit required. There was no mention of fees that would be required for this account. When i called the company i was taken through a speil about teh company and was told that there was no fees or deposit required and that i would receive the credit card in two to three weeks via USA mail.

I was in hurry to get to work and the wqoman told me that it would only take a few minutes and that she needed my checking account information and personal information in order to qualify me. I again asked her how long this would take and she told me that it would only be a few minutes. After giving her the information the girl then verified the information.

Then she said that the credit card should be here within two to three weeks. It has now been almost a month adn have heard nothing from them. After she confirmed my information she then told me that there would be a 199 fee attached to this then i told her then in that case no thank you i am not interested.

I then hung up the phone and went to work thinking that this was all completed with the company understanding that i was not interested and therefore thought nothing more of the company or its offer until few days later i wrote a check and the bank told me there was not enough money in the account. When i checked it out i found that american credit solutions had taken $199.95 out of my account and the bank had paid it.

I called the company and was told that they would review thier records and determine if they would refund the money. they said that they would call me on Teusday October 1st. When i called them today 10/02 they said that they would not refund the money. They said that hse had been recorded giving them permission to remove this money however i was never told there was a recording being made nor did i gove them permission to take this money.
