American Direct Sweepstakes, Connie Carol James, Jeffrey Summers Sweepstake winnings notification Washington District of Columbia

Ms Connie Carol James contacted me via telephone this morning that I had won the Las Vegas American Direct sweepstakes. She only knew at the time, that I had won some monies, but did not know how much. She advised me to contact Las Vegas American Direct and they would tell me the name of the Airport to locate my money at. That phone number is 800-715-2816. When I called, Jeffery Summers answered and advised that I did indeed come in 2nd place with the Publisher's Clearinghouse Sweepstakes and that I had won $450,000.00. He said that all I had to do was to pay the insurance on that amount and then advised that I contact the Federal Trade Commission at 202-904-2248 and they would be able to verify this. So I call the number, and lo and behold Ms Connie Carol James answers the phone. She doesn't identify herself as being with the Federal Trade Commission, but acts as if she is at home. When I questioned her about this being the Federal Trade Commissions phone number, she immediately stated that it was in fact the FTC and seemed upset with me for not knowing that. She then gave me the Moneygram account information (including contact and address information) that she told me I must wire the $4500.00 to, because that is what the Sweepstakes rules say I must do. When I wouldn't agree to do this, she puts a "supervisor" on the phone who tells me I have to do it. I hang up. They call back 9 more times and leave 4 additional messages on my voice mail.
